Why

Understanding people is at the center of everything I do. I use the rich tapestry of my experience and insights to bring out their light, teach and empower.

I got the bug for business at 16. Law school engendered systems thinking. Travel humbled and taught me. Teaching gave me tools for understanding, managing and coaching others.
